MindFEEL Minutes At Home Lesson 6: Mindful Happiness

Mindful happiness means paying attention to the moments that make us feel good and really enjoying them. It's important for children because it helps them appreciate the little things that bring joy, like playing with friends, eating their favorite snack, or doing something they love. When children focus on these happy moments, they feel more positive and content. Being happy feels warm and light inside, like a big smile or a cozy hug. By being mindful of their happiness, children can feel more grateful and find more reasons to smile each day.
